returning to work post lockdown - dealing with COVID anxiety

As we slowly emerge from the latest lockdown, there is light at the end of the tunnel with vaccinations being rolled out across the country. Predictions range between May and the autumn for most of the adult population, but regardless of the timescale, we are now seemingly on the road to recovery. Many people will not have been into an office in a year or more and that brings its own challenges in terms of the anxiety experienced by some about a return to the workplace.

We’ll be joined by Jennie Jahina an employment lawyer with 22 years of experience. She’ll be covering:

  • How do employers deal with “COVID anxiety”?
  • What are your rights as an employer particularly in respect of those who are reticent?
  • How do you assert your rights as an employer whilst balancing them with the rights of an employee?

Towards the end of the session, we will have time for a live Q&A for any other questions you may have for Jennie to make sure you’re fully prepared for the post lockdown return to work! After you register for the webinar there will be a link so you can submit any questions for the webinar beforehand, but don’t worry there will still be a chance to submit questions during the webinar.
