Applicant Source Data: Simplified. Discover where your top candidates originate and track their progress from application to interview and hire. Quickly compare the effectiveness of different channels for interviews and hires.

Applicant Summary: Revamped to focus on your current workload. Removed are the rejected and hired applicant numbers, allowing you to concentrate on the essentials, presented in two main parts: current applicant status numbers and the applicant funnel, colour-coordinated for clarity.

Funnel Analysis: See the distribution of candidates across application statuses in the past 12 months, filterable by department, location, and recruiter. A comprehensive view for both active and inactive jobs.

Average Time to Process: Identify inefficiencies and delays with insights into the average days applicants spend at each stage: applied, shortlisted, and interviewed.

Time to Hire: Uncover factors influencing your hiring time with three new KPIs: average days to move applicant to interview, average applicant time to hire, and average job time to hire. Additional metrics include days to move applicant to interview and days to publish from job creation.

Bespoke dashboards - now available on all pro and hero plans. You can create your own dashboards and have the flexibility to customise how you view your data.  

Applicant summary dash - easily view where your recruitment is up to by role, location or recruiter.
