We’re living in times the likes of which we’ve never seen before. Many NFPs and charities are facing a difficult future, with reduced income and potentially greater demand for their services.

At hireful, we have a long history of helping NFPs and charities to recruit. So, what better time to do something significant to help? 

Our goal is to help 100 organisations to save time and money when recruiting. Money which can be redirected to frontline services.

We’ll provide support and technology to help streamline your recruitment processes.

If you work for a charity or not-for-profit organisation based in the UK, this programme is for you. We want to deliver the greatest impact possible, so we’re encouraging applications from organisations with at least 50 staff.

The programme will end on Tuesday 31st August 2021. The only exception is the 12-month mentoring programme which, depending on your start date, will continue until the 12 month period is up.

At the end of the programme, you’ll still have access to our online recruitment skills platform. And, if you want to continue using the ATS then we’ll offer several cost-effective options.

We hope by Summer 2021, our country will be on the way to a full economic recovery and some of the issues around delivering services and fundraising during this crisis will have subsided. 

We look around and can see other organisations doing their bit to support those who have been affected by this crisis. We took some time to think about what we could do. Running a recruitment services company is not easy at the moment. So the simple option of donating some money and/or raising money via fundraising through our staff is not possible. 

With the skills we have in-house and access to our own technology, we felt that the biggest impact we could have would be to provide this for free. When we considered where we should direct this help, the NFP/Charity sector was the obvious choice given the extra demands on their services and fundraising challenges they face.
